HOW LONG DO LASH EXTENSIONS LAST?

Lash extensions shed naturally with your natural lashes. Most clients return every 2–3 weeks for maintenance. Retention varies depending on your natural lash cycle, aftercare, lifestyle, and skincare products.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A FILL?
• Standard Fill: Within 14 days
• Extended Fill: Within 20 days

You must have enough extensions remaining to qualify for a fill. Appointments outside the fill window or with insufficient lashes remaining will require a full set.

CAN SPECIALTY SETS BE FILLED?

Most specialty designs can be maintained with the appropriate fill. However, anime sets cannot be filled. Anime maintenance requires a removal and a completely new full set.

WHAT SHOULD I BOOK IF I WANT THE LASHES SHOWN IN A PHOTO?

Select the photo in the Lash Lookbook that most closely matches your desired result, then tap “Book This Look.” Each photo identifies the service, fullness level, and specialty details needed to achieve a similar look.

CAN YOU RECREATE AN INSPIRATION PHOTO EXACTLY?

Inspiration photos are welcome and used as a guide. Your final design will be customized to complement your eye shape, natural lashes, lash health, and desired fullness, so results will not look exactly the same on every client.

WHAT SHOULD I BOOK IF I DON’T WANT HEAVY LASHES?

Select Level 1 Fullness for a softer, more natural result. You may also book a Specialty Set if you want a lightweight set with customized mapping and intentional texture.

WHAT IS A SPECIALTY SET?

A Specialty Set is a fully customized lash design created around your eye shape, natural lashes, and desired result. Specialty styling may include wispy texture, spikes, anime details, fox-eye mapping, or another customized effect.

HOW LONG DOES A SPECIALTY SET TAKE?

Please allow approximately 2.5–3 hours for your Specialty Set. The additional time allows for consultation, custom mapping, and detailed placement.

WHAT IF I’M STILL UNSURE WHAT TO BOOK?

Use the Lash Lookbook to find the photo closest to your desired result. Tap “Book This Look” beneath that photo to be directed to the correct service. You may upload inspiration photos and include additional details during booking.

IMPORTANT ANIME SET POLICY

Anime sets are not eligible for fill appointments. To refresh or replace an anime set, you must book an Anime Set Removal and a New Full Set.

LASH EXTENSION FAQ

Please review the following information to help your appointment begin on time and give your lashes the best possible results.

ARRIVE WITH CLEAN LASHES

Please arrive with completely clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, strip-lash glue, or oily skincare around the eyes. Additional cleansing may reduce your service time and affect retention.

EXISTING LASH EXTENSIONS

If you have extensions from another artist, please book a removal with your full set. Outside work must be removed before a new Just For Winks set can be applied.

CONTACT LENSES

Contact lenses must be removed before your service. Please bring your contact case and glasses if needed.

LIMIT CAFFEINE

Avoid excessive caffeine before your appointment. Caffeine can cause eye movement and make it difficult to relax during your service.

PLAN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME

Full sets may take approximately 2–3 hours depending on the service and design selected. Please allow enough time so your appointment is not rushed.

COME PREPARED

Use the restroom, silence your phone, and handle any important calls or messages before your service begins. You are welcome to bring headphones if you would like to listen to your own music or podcast.

ARRIVE ON TIME

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving late may shorten your service or require your appointment to be rescheduled according to the booking policy.

NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS

To maintain a safe, quiet, and professional environment, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.

INSPIRATION PHOTOS

You are welcome to upload or bring inspiration photos. Photos are used as a guide, and your final set will be customized to your natural lashes, eye shape, lash health, and selected fullness.

COMMUNICATE ANY CONCERNS

Before your service begins, please inform your lash artist about allergies, sensitivities, recent eye procedures, irritation, infections, or other concerns involving the eye area.
